Overview: The majority of psychological therapists are based within the Community Mental Health Teams.  High intensity cognitive behavioural therapists are based at the Jade Centre

Specialist Mental Health Services

• Specialist assessments
• Cognitive behavioural therapy
• Psychodynamic activity
• Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR)
• Inter-personal therapy
• Dialectic behavioural therapy (DBT) – group work
• Art therapy.
