Bill, a community services patient member, said: “I was initially approached in the town centre to join the Trust as a member. I really wasn’t interested but was told that there was no obligation apart from receiving a newsletter so I thought ‘why not. “When asked whether I had used any RDaSH services before I found out that I had been a patient for many years but hadn’t realised the services were part of the Trust.

“I have been a member for over a year now and receive my newsletter online three times a year. I find the newsletter really interesting and it keeps me informed – I think it’s really important to know what is happening with health in my local area.”
