We have enthusiastic and passionate preceptors to guide you through your preceptorship course which will enable you to can gain skills and knowledge to develop a career with us.

IMG_8226Excellent interpersonal skills will be required to communicate with a range of professionals, services, patients and carers and a flexible attitude is imperative, as well as an understanding of person centered care and treating patients with dignity. We cover a 24 hour seven day service, so all staff are expected to work day, night, and weekend shifts. Part time and full time hours are available.

In return, we can offer the opportunity to work within a supportive organisation, and to develop a variety of clinical skills and experience. We support continuing professional development, and there will be an opportunity to rotate to different units within Trust.
