Our new Chief Executive Toby Lewis has started his new role with us this week.
Toby joins us after working as a senior visiting fellow at The King’s Fund, where he focused on inequalities, inclusion, and poverty. He’s worked in a number of key NHS and Cabinet office roles too and now will use this wealth of knowledge, working with our RDaSH Executive Team, Board of Directors and our talented, devoted and dedicated staff to deliver the best services possible to our patients and service users.
Toby says that one thing is vital, that we continue to listen to what our patients, carers, their loved ones, our Governors, Foundation Trust Members, partners and the community across Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire tell us. After all, you are the best judge of what needs improving in our services and our RDaSH Team will be listening.
Toby has recorded a short message which you can listen to here:
Toby will be out and about in our services for the first 100 days of his role, meeting our dedicated staff, patients and carers and hopes to see you soon!
