If you live in North Lincolnshire

During office hours

  • Please contact your care co-ordinator, or lead professional -reception telephone 01724 270363. If they are not available, the receptionist will put you in touch with a member of staff who can deal with your concerns.

If you have a personal budget, you may have an allocated amount to use for emergency respite.

If you feel the situation is deteriorating, please contact your care team as soon as possible so contingency plans can be put in place (for example additional help for a short period of time) for out of hours emergencies.

North Lincolnshire

The Haven (6pm – midnight) on 01724 279500

The Haven is for anyone over the age of 16 living in North Lincolnshire who is experiencing mental distress. Support can be accessed by phoning and leaving a message, staff are working from home and will check the voicemail regularly and return calls.

A new 24/7 support helpline service – freephone 08081 968442

This new 24/7 support helpline is for anyone living in North Lincolnshire – from children to adults and older adults who need support for their mental health.
