PALS
As a service user, carer, or relative, you may not always know where to go for help or information. It can often be a worrying or confusing time, especially when you, or someone you know, is unwell. This is where the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) comes in
Emergency SMS service
The emergencySMS service and the NextGenerationText service lets deaf, hard of hearing and speech-impaired people in the UK send an SMS text message to the UK 999 service where it will be passed to the police, ambulance, fire rescue, or coastguard.
