As an organisation we strive to achieve effective patient and public involvement in RDaSH services, to ensure we work with patients and carers as equal partners with regards to feedback on current services, the co-production of service change and influencing future developments.
We want to ensure that patients and carers are at the heart of all we do. We also want to engage better to understand where our services are performing well and where we could improve, in terms of patient satisfaction. We want our patients to believe that we are a responsive organisation who listens and takes action.
We want to communicate and engage with patients and carers in an effective and meaningful way.
In celebration of the NHS 70 Birthday we have made a booklet full of inspirational stories from our patients and carers, saying why they love to get involved with RDaSH. See the link below for an electronic copy, hard copies are also available for anyone who would like one.
