Complaints and PALS annual report 2022 to 2023

In accordance with the NHS Complaints Regulations (2009) this report sets out a detailed analysis of the number and nature of complaints received by the trust during the year 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.

This report also provides a summary of patient advice and liaison service (PALS) enquiries and comments received on the your opinion counts (YOC) forms received by the trust during the period from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.
