Doncaster residents are invited to a Christmas Coffee Morning being held by a Balby-based hospice charity on Friday 22 November.
The event at St John’s Information Centre off Weston Road will take place between 10am and 1pm to raise much needed funds for St John’s Hospice, which provides specialist palliative and end of life care for local patients and families both within its inpatient setting as well as in the community.
Fundraising Manager Jenny Baynham, said: “As well as offering an opportunity to enjoy a festive cuppa and a catch-up, we’ll have homemade bakes for sale, along with stalls selling gifts, a tombola and raffle, so we look forward to welcoming supporters, old and new, to join us!”
St John’s Hospice is run by Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Trust (RDaSH) and is part of its Your Hearts and Minds charity. For more information on how to support St John’s Hospice, please visit Your Hearts and Minds (opens in new window).
