Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust patient group direction (PGD) for diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis and inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine.

This PGD is for the administration of diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis and inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (DTAP or IPV) to individuals from 3 years 4 months to under 10 years of age, in accordance with the national immunisation programme in England, or for the management of cases and contacts of diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis or poliomyelitis from 3 years of age.
