Meningococcal (groups A, C, W and Y) administration of national routine vaccination programme

Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust patient group directions (PGD) for the administration of meningococcal group A, C, W and Y conjugate vaccine (MenACWY) to individuals eligible for national routine MenACWY vaccination programme; outbreak control and contacts of confirmed cases, for active immunisation against neisseria meningitidis.

Public Health England has developed this PGD to facilitate the delivery of publicly funded immunisation in line with national recommendations.

This PGD is for the administration of meningococcal group A,C,W and Y, conjugate vaccine (MenACWY) by registered healthcare professionals identified in section 3, subject to any limitations to authorisation detailed in section 2.
