Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) patient group direction (PGD) for the supply and administration of subcutaneous medroxyprogesterone acetate (SC-DMPA) injection in RDaSH.
This patient group direction (PGD) must only be used by registered professionals who have been named and authorised by their organisation to practise under it (See appendix A). The most recent and in date final signed version of the PGD must be used.
