Crisis resolution and home treatment
The North Lincolnshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team conducts mental health assessments for individuals facing a mental health crisis.
How we can help
We offer intensive home treatment round the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as an alternative to admission to the acute adult mental health unit at Great Oaks.
How to get help
Referrals to our team are made through the Access team, which can be initiated by a family psychiatric practitioner, mental health practitioner, or the accident and emergency department.
