The memory service offers comprehensive support for patients experiencing memory issues in Rotherham and North Lincolnshire.
In Doncaster, the service is a joint partnership the the Alzheimer’s Society, called Mindset.
How we can help
Detailed assessments are conducted to identify the underlying cause of memory problems.
The service provides dementia diagnosis assessments, advice, information on various memory problems, and support for both patients and their relatives.
The memory assessment and therapy service (MATS) in North Lincolnshire offers assessments for dementia diagnosis, post-diagnosis counselling, advice, treatment, and interventions.

Rotherham
Referrals are made through the GP to carry out initial investigations and exclude other possible causes.
Doncaster
Anyone can access our service directly. Referral are accepted by phone on 01302 246 724.
North Lincolnshire
Referrals are made by the person’s GP after preliminary routine blood tests.
