Magnolia Lodge is an 8-bed inpatient unit providing 24 hour, 7 days a week specialised care for individuals with diagnosed brain injuries or neurological illnesses.

The unit gives each patient a personalised care plan to support them with:

• cognitive problems
• physical problems
• emotional impairments
• social or behavioural functioning problems resulting from their injury or illness

While staying at Magnolia Lodge, patients get regular support from:

• physiotherapy
• occupational therapy
• speech and language therapy
• dieticians
• neuropsychology

While Magnolia Lodge does attempt to operate an open visiting policy, the unit does observe protected mealtimes and would ask that visitors leave the unit to maintain visiting times.

How to get help

Magnolia Lodge accepts adult patients across Doncaster, Rotherham and Bassetlaw pathways, with an estimated stay duration of 12 weeks.

This service does not accept self-referrals, referrals are made by a health professional following a severe brain injury or neurological condition.
