The psychosis pathway offers assessment, treatment, and support for adults aged 18 and above dealing with complex mental health issues. Our primary goal is to enhance wellbeing and foster independence.
How we can help
The pathway specialises in assisting adults dealing with complex mental health problems such as psychosis and bipolar disorder.
We achieve this by providing diverse health interventions along various care pathways, all aimed at promoting and maximising wellbeing and independence.
Non-urgent advice: How to get help
Please note, that this service does not accept self-referrals. Referrals can only be made to our service by the Primary Care Mental Health team, acute care wards, or the Home-Based Treatment team.
