Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust policy for Clinical Risk Assessment and Management
The purpose of this policy is to set out the arrangements for managing the risks associated with ensuring that all staff who undertake assessments of patients are competent in relation to clinical risk assessment and management.
Together with a number of closely associated Trust procedural documents it provides a framework for the assessment and management of clinical risk, within the overall context of the provision of high quality clinical care. The policy includes the Risk Assessment Tools authorised for use within the Trust.
