Walking for wellness

Doing their bit to mark World Mental Health Day are members of the People Focused Group on their annual walk for wellness.

Each year on 10 October, which is World Mental Health Day, the peer support group set off on their walk for wellness to help promote mental health. Walking is such an easy way to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. It is also a great way to connect with other people.

Here are some of the People Focused Group setting off on their walk from the WellBean Café at the entrance of Tickhill Road Hospital.
