Autism and ADHD information gathering
When we carry out your neurodevelopmental assessment, it’s important for us to build a full picture of how you get on in different places.
If you go to school or college as part of your assessment, we will contact professionals who know you well to provide us with more information.
This helps us get an understand of your strengths and needs at school or college.
We may ask questions about your:
- learning
- support
- presentation
- interests
- friendship
- managing different situations
This information will get fed back to you after your neurodevelopmental assessment is completed and will be included in your final report which you will get a copy of.
If you have any questions or would like any more information about what to expect, please talk to your parent or care giver or contact our the children’s and young people’s autism and ADHD assessment team.
