Community learning disability
Located in Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
We offer specialised healthcare to adults aged 18 and above who have a confirmed learning disability or are transitioning from children’s services.
Our work involves collaborating with patients having learning disabilities, their caregivers, families, and the broader health and social care community.
Our services cater to various learning disabilities through multiple specialised programs:
- Health Action team (HAT)
- Community Nurse team
- learning disability crisis and intense support (CAIS)
- clinical psychology and counselling
- physiotherapy
- occupational therapy
- speech and language therapy (SALT)
- psychiatry

We specialise in assessing and supporting patients with complex and challenging needs. Some examples of the support we offer include:
