SystmConnect is an online triage and consultation system that is integrated with our patient record system. It is a quick and easy way for you to contact a service by submitting a request online, in your own time.

Our services offer different types of requests through SystmConnect, including:
- self-referrals
- medication reviews
- prescription requests
- admin requests
- requests for copies of your information
You can cancel your appointment online using SystmConnect. But if your appointment is in the next 24 hours, please call the service directly.
How does SystmConnect work?
- Choose a service: start by choosing the service you need. Click the SystmConnect link for your area in the contact section.
- Make your request: Choose the type of request you want to make.
- Fill in your details: tell us about your request. You do not need to create an account or log in.
- We will contact you: we will review your request and get in touch if needed. We may contact you by text, email or phone to give advice or arrange an appointment.
