We deliver high-quality, personalised, interdisciplinary rehabilitation for stroke survivors in Doncaster and their families within community settings.

How we can help

Our team comprises of:

stroke rehabilitation nurses
physiotherapists
occupational therapists
speech and language therapists
speech and language assistants
social workers
clinical psychologists
dietitians
rehabilitation assistants
administrative support

We conduct individual assessments and provide therapy tailored to the patient’s personal goals as agreed upon.

How to get help

Referrals typically come from the stroke units at Doncaster royal infirmary ward 16 or Mexborough Montagu Wentworth ward.

Additionally, referrals may be made by GPs, social services, or other healthcare team members.
