Located in Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The health bus service was created to facilitate healthcare providers’ outreach to adults and children who typically do not seek health promotion advice or participate in related activities.
This service is accessible for all healthcare providers to engage with patients at diverse community locations.
How we can help
Our objective is to collaborate with partners to diminish health disparities in all communities. We achieve this by implementing a range of activities that enhance health outcomes for the local population.
