Health and wellbeing (age 0 to 19) is a service in North Lincolnshire
The health and wellbeing service, for ages 0 to 19, is a service dedicated to children, young people, and families. Our team of NHS professionals brings experience and expertise in all aspects of children’s and young people’s health and wellbeing.
The service consists of health visitors for ages 0 to 5, school age nursing for ages 5 to 19, and 25 special education needs and disability (SEND).
