Young people’s health and wellbeing (Zone 5 to 19)
Located in Doncaster.
Zone 5 to 19 is a dedicated service for children, young people and families. The service primary focus is on people aged 5 to 19 and people aged 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (25 SEND).

- keeping healthy
- emotional wellbeing
- nutrition and staying active
- contraception and sexual health
- drugs and alcohol
- smoking
Non-urgent advice: How to get help
eClinics
Parents can book online appointments with a school nurse through our Parent Plus eClinics mobile application.
Simply download the free app, on apple or android register and book an appointment time to chat online.
If you are a young person you can talk to a school nurse using our eClinic application.

Self-referral
Walk-ins during specified hours are welcome as well as self-referral through our online system. Referrals from healthcare professionals are also accepted.
You can request support for:
- contraception and sexual health
- smoking and vaping
- drugs and alcohol
Sexually transmitted infection tests
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are bacterial or viral infections that are passed on by sexual contact, this can include vaginal, anal, or oral sex, genital contact, or sharing sex toys.
The risk of spreading an infection can be reduced by using a condom every time you have sex.
You can request a Chlamydia test online:
- if you are under 16 years of age, you can request a free Chlamydia test
- if you are aged 16 to 19 we offer Chlamydia tests via SH:24
