Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust has developed this document in response to the nationally agreed requirements of the Terms and Conditions of Employment for Agenda for Change. It will ensure that posts within the Trust, which are hard to recruit to or have high levels of turnover, are reviewed in a fair manner in order to ascertain whether a Recruitment and Retention Premium (RRP) is applicable.
