eClinic and ParentPlus

eClinic is a simple app that lets you message health services and get support at any time, from anywhere.

How to use eClinic and ParentPlus

1. Download either the eClinic app or eClinic ParentPlus for the service you want to contact.
2. Tap Register and create an account. You will need to enter:
   • your first name
   • your last name
   • your date of birth
   • your email address
   • a password
3. After registering, log in using your email address and password on the home screen.
4. To book an appointment, tap Book Appointment on the home page. Then choose the service you want to speak to.
5. A diary will open. Days shown in green have appointments available. Tap a green day, choose what you want to talk about, and pick a time.
6. When the appointment button turns green, tap it to start your online chat.
7. When the appointment starts, you can change the chat language. Tap the language button in the top right corner and choose your language.

Children and young people

If you are a child or young person who already uses our service, you can use the eClinic app to book appointments with:

• child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS)
• with me in mind

Parents

Parents can use the eClinic ParentPlus app to book appointments online and access:

• health visitors (age 0 to 5)
• school nursing (age 5 to 19)
• young people health and wellbeing (Zone 5 to 19)
• with me in mind
