Board of directors meetings

The board of directors holds their public meetings every other month. The meeting is expected to start at 9:30am until approximately 3pm.

There will always be an opportunity towards the end of the meeting for questions from the public and staff relating to the items on the agenda, these can be raised in two ways.

1. Members of the public or staff can join the meeting to see and hear the discussions and ask questions towards the end of the meeting.
2. Alternatively, send your questions in advance of the meeting on the email below and we will send you the reply. If you wish to submit a question or attend a public meeting of the board of directors, please email the Corporate Assurance team on rdash.corporate-assurance@nhs.net.

Board meeting papers and minutes

Agenda and meeting papers are available approximately five working days in advance of the meeting. If you wish to view any of the meeting papers, please send a request to the Corporate Assurance team at rdash.corporate-assurance@nhs.net.

Minutes record the key discussions, decisions, and actions agreed during our board meetings.
