Board of Directors’ meetings

The Board of Directors will hold its meeting on Thursday January 28 starting at 1pm. The meeting is expected to last for three hours.

The papers for the meeting are available on the Trust’s website below.

There will be an opportunity towards the end of the meeting for questions from the public and staff relating to the items on the agenda. These can be raised in two ways:

  • Members of the public or staff can join the meeting to see and hear the discussions and ask questions later. If you do wish to join the meeting please contact the Corporate Assurance Team – to receive an invitation to join via MS Teams.
  • Alternatively, send your questions in advance of the meeting on the email above and we will send you the reply

MS Teams is available to download via the Apple / Play app store.

In addition there are four public meetings of the Council of Governors at which updates on performance and strategy are provided. Details of the Council of Governor meetings can be found here. These meetings last for approximately three hours, although this depends on the number and complexity of the business to be discussed. There is an opportunity for the public to ask questions.
