She is an ex big four experienced leader with over 18 years of experience working with payors and providers, designing new models and pathways of care.

She has extensive experience in designing operating models and governance effective arrangements in healthcare that optimise service delivery.

She is highly experienced in motivating teams to design, deliver and run complex, never been done before programmes of work.

In addition, she has advised numerous mid to large cap private equity businesses on healthcare investment and had historically established her up health and wellness start up.

She is a voluntary board advisor for multiple SME looking to scale and is a leadership coach.
